The Schedule brings your programs, ensemble calls, attendance, and program music together in one calendar.
Rather than functioning as a completely separate scheduling system, the Schedule reflects information created and managed throughout Sage Score. This gives you one place to see what is happening, who is expected, and what music is associated with each event.
What appears on the Schedule?
Your calendar may include several types of events:
Programs created through Sage Score's programming tools
Additional calls created directly from the Schedule, such as rehearsals, sectionals, meetings, or other ensemble events
Events associated with one or more ensembles created on the Ensembles page
This means you do not need to recreate information just to make it appear on the calendar. As programs, ensembles, and calls are created elsewhere in Sage, they come together here.
Viewing a program
Select a program on the calendar to open its details.
From the program panel, you can review its attendance and music.
The Attendance view shows the members associated with the program's participating ensembles, including:
Members currently expected to attend
Attendance that has already been marked
Expected absences reported by members through the Member Hub
This gives directors a single view of both advance absence information and attendance on the day of the event.
Switch to the Music view to see the pieces included in the program and the ensembles associated with each piece.
Viewing other calls
Calls created directly from the Schedule can also be used for attendance.
These are useful for events that do not need a full program, such as rehearsals, sectionals, meetings, or other ensemble-specific activities.
Because calls can be associated with ensembles, Sage can determine which members should appear on the attendance list without requiring you to build a separate roster for each event.
Exporting attendance records
The Schedule also serves as the central place for attendance reporting.
Use Export to download attendance records for a selected period of time. This can be useful for reviewing participation, maintaining organizational records, or preparing attendance information for other administrative needs.
How the Schedule fits into Sage
Think of the Schedule as the place where several parts of Sage meet:
Programs provide the event and music. Ensembles provide the participating groups and members. The Member Hub provides reported absences. Attendance records what actually happened.
The Schedule brings all of that information together into one calendar so you can manage the practical side of rehearsals and performances without maintaining the same information in multiple places.
